Clinliness Hunters does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Clinliness Hunters reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Clinliness Hunters shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any suspension or termination of the Service or the account.
By booking a cleaning service through Clinliness Hunters, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs. You are responsible for ensuring that access to your property is available at the scheduled time.
All cleaners using the Clinliness Hunters platform have been vetted and trained. However, Clinliness Hunters does not guarantee the quality of work performed by individual cleaners. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
You grant Clinliness Hunters and its cleaners permission to access your property during scheduled cleaning times. You are responsible for securing any valuable items or areas you wish to keep private.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Clinliness Hunters accepts the following payment methods:
All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Clinliness Hunters reserves the right to change prices at any time with 30 days' notice.
The Service and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Clinliness Hunters or its content suppliers and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any content you submit, post, or display on the Service (including reviews, ratings, and comments) becomes the property of Clinliness Hunters. You grant Clinliness Hunters a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to any content you submit and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
